FaD Cores require a FaD Device to be used.
- Pull open the barrel of your FAD device.
- Press the core cradle onto the end of your chosen botanical Core.
- Adjust the internal airflow valve to your desired resistance.
- Close using the magnetic connection.
- Inhale naturally whenever you feel the urge.
- Replace your Core every 3 to 5 days depending on usage.

Returns
Cores and devices are mouth-contact products, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If a device arrives damaged or develops a fault, we exchange it for a brand new one. Email us at admin@thefad.com.au with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
Every FaD device is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing faults, including the self-sealing magnetic chamber and the fidget mechanism. Send us your order number and a photo of the problem and we will replace it. Drops, crushing, submersion and normal cosmetic wear are not covered, and Cores are consumable so they sit outside the warranty. All of this is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here limits.

Each Core lasts approximately 3 to 5 days depending on usage. The Self-sealing magnetic chamber keeps cores fresher between sessions.
