Yes. Every FaD device carries a 12 month warranty from delivery against manufacturing faults, covering the self-sealing magnetic chamber and the fidget mechanism. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to admin@thefad.com.au and we will replace it. Drops, crushing, submersion and normal cosmetic wear are not covered, and Cores are consumable so they sit outside the warranty. All of this is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here limits.
